My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was a hidden gem, offering a spotless room with an excellent view over the lake. Moreover, the value for money was superb as they included a range of 'freebies' like Executive Lounge access, free drinks, and even a fruit basket. The only downside was the slight inconvenience of loud music coming from Myanmar Plaza at night.

My stay at the hotel was phenomenal! The design was dapper yet relaxing, creating a perfect ambiance. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to a shopping centre and park, making it super convenient. However, there were issues with the hot water in the bathroom during peak times. The dining experience, except for breakfast, was massive but a bit of a disappointment.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, located in an old building, were very nice despite a minor issue with water leaking onto the ceiling power source. However, there were some delays in fulfilling requests, and I was taken aback by an attempt to charge double the normal price for airport transfer by offering a regular city taxi at the same cost as a hotel comfort car service.

The service within the hotel and at the pool needs to be more professional. The dining experience offered a range of different cuisine and was almost like a full lunch with plenty of choices. The facilities were top-notch with everything one could need for a comfortable stay.

Waking up to a beautiful lake view was amazing, but the service could be more attentive. The mall nearby adds to the convenience of the location, though it comes at a price.
